The Black Eyed Penis'
The Black Eyed Peas are a pop music group with a hit song out right now called "My Hump." The song, written by a black male, has a white woman with little clothing on, singing, "My hump, my hump, my lady lumps"...Well, my lady lumps are FISTS. The men in the group perform FULLY CLOTHED, asexually, as if hermetically sealed, in long sleeved shirts and long pants, while the woman with bare legs and bare mid-drift, writhes on the floor like their private prostitute and groupie...

US Didn't Use Phosphorus Bombs on Civilians Because It Called All Civilians Insurgents
Caught in a lie when it initially denied using phosphorus bombs in the assault on Fallujah, the Pentagon had to concede it used the weapons. It fell back on the claim that it only used the incendiary defices on militants, not civilians--but then, in that assault, the Pentagon trapped all males in the city, considering them all insurgents.

Can-Can Lines Have No Male Equivalent
There is absolutely NO equivalent humiliation factor for men like the existance of can-can lines on stages for women performers. Women who simply dress in lingerie and act sexually available on stage are calling themselves "feminist" performers nowadays! FACT: The U.S. vaudeville hub has produced MANY male child solo acts and NO young girl solo acts over the last 2 decades. The many male solo acts get full stage space for one person, but women need to team up, in underwear...

Clatsop
On October 3, 2005, Fort Clatsop was destroyed by a fire. Investigators have concluded that the fire was accidental and the result of a small fire left burning on one of the hearths of the barracks.
While people today are driving up to the fort and handing money to rangers to help rebuild the fort, Portland Anti-Imperialist say "let it burn." Celebrating the bicentennial is along the same lines as celebrating Columbus Day. It would be honoring the destruction of the indigenous culture and the strong arm of American imperialism.

This just came out on the Rainbow Family listserve, and if anyone reading this doesn't know what the Rainbow Family is, you can go to www.welcomehome.org and find out a little about this group that has been working together to form intentional community in the forest for almost 35 years... Doing this in the forest prepares us to deal with immediate food and medical needs... so some folks did just that, in Waveland, and others are still doing it in New Orleans, where volunteers and supplies ARE still needed, very much so... Joe Wilson Rips the Bush-Cheney Gang
Joe Wilson Ex-Ambassador Joe Wilson took the gloves off in a lecture that he gave on Nov. 14, 2005, in Baltimore. He ripped into the "Brownshirts" in the Bush-Cheney Gang; hack columnist, Bob Novak; and the indicted and "cowardly" White House operative, Irv "Scooter" Libby. Wilson speculated that the "outing" of his wife as a CIA agent was done in an attempt to make others "afraid" to speak out about how the country was dragged into the Iraqi war.

Common Sense: Vol. #12
In a rather thinly veiled effort, religious zealots have attempted to bring religion into the schools once more. It has a new title but it's more of the same. Now it is called intelligent design rather than creationism and there is a strong effort by the religious right to make it into the public schools of the country. They have already succeeded in getting the State Board of Education in Kansas to include it in the standards for 2007.

Weve included a few in this volume of the more important ones. Of course, that too is a matter of opinion.

US Senate moves to ban court review of Guantánamo detentions
Acting with virtually no debate or warning, the US Senate on Thursday passed, in the form of an amendment to a military budget bill, a far-reaching measure denying so-called "enemy combatants" any right to challenge their detention in US courts.

While this reactionary piece of legislation is aimed in the first instance at the more than 500 men and boys who have been imprisoned without charges, facing torture and abuse, at the Pentagon's concentration camp in Guantánamo Bay, Cuba, it constitutes a frontal assault on basic democratic rights and the constitutional form of government in the United States itself.

Most people have no idea that the common-denominator math of all the world's currencies forms an endless loop that generates debt faster than we can ever generate the value to pay for it. Those who scoff at this analysis have simply failed to do the math. Consequently, this civilization is verifiably based on purposeful and institutionalized deception, coercion, and exploitation. The time is long overdue to change the human equation and end the root causes of most injustice and suffering.

France: state of emergency escalates attacks on the rights of youth and workers
The imposition of a state of emergency by the French government of President Jacques Chirac and Prime Minister Dominique de Villepin gives the minister of the interior Nicolas Sarkozy the right to impose police-state conditions wherever he sees fit.

Many commentators have noted the bitter irony contained in the fact that the legal framework for the state of emergency, the law of April 3, 1955, was enacted as part of French imperialism's attempt to crush the legitimate aspirations of the Algerian people for national liberation from colonial rule. The reactivation of this law, 50 years later in metropolitan France, is an insult to the children and grandchildren and relatives of those exploited, brutalised, tortured and killed by the colonial regime during Algeria's war of national liberation. Many now live in France's council estates, ghettos of poverty, where the youth revolt and its repression have taken place.
