keep up the good work!!!!
If this is how the Republicans want to live and the right-wing sheep of this nation want to follow their ruling elites blindly, then should this election be stolen or lost, the time will have come for the Left put succession bills in all states that are strongly Democratic.
I didn't see any reference to this when it was circulating the world last year and I thought that it might help sway some voters who might otherwise vote for the Bushit. Pass it on to those that you know, maybe at your workplaces on Monday.
Enjoy what may be our last election.
This is fun. Sometimes it is nice to get these type of emails from the GOP. Call (866) 826 9136 and report anti-Bush ads.....
It is time to bring Amy Goodman's Pacifica radio program Democracy Now! to the airwaves of Portland.
Our lives are spontaneous as well as pre-mediating. During mediation and deliberation intellect is not rushed by immediacy. This differs greatly from having to act through an intervening agency as adduced by emergency. What if the agency is simply a film clip of so many pixels, a recorded image, a fear-engendering message, a threat from an enemy?
Past time to take a stand
Good to know that Ridge and Ashcroft are still on the job even though Rummy can't find his ass with both hands, or three hundred sixty tons of explosives with the entire defense department.

No matter who wins the election, it makes surprisingly little difference for many issues of strategy and tactics for those of us who oppose US imperialism. We ignore this at our peril.
Antiauthoritarians and other progressives should vote to ensure the defeat of the Bush regime
In Elections: Democracy and Dictatorship, Resistance and Revolution he really dissects the current situation around the election. He breaks down why Bush is doing what he is doing and why Kerry is doing what he is doing??"how they are both "auditioning" for who can be the best commander-in-chief to represent the larger interests of the U.S. monopoly imperialist ruling class; and why being confined by the terms and logic of this election is very dangerous for the people.
He brings out the deep strategic global interests of the U.S. power structure??"why the Bush agenda has had so much initiative; why it is dangerous to hope that the Democrats can be relied on to oppose this agenda; and why people need to unite very broadly in the kind of resistance that can not only oppose but defeat what he calls the "juggernaut of war and repression."
Are you "really" a republican?
Class is a social relationship. Stripped to its base, it is about economics. It's about being a producer, distributor or an owner of the means and fruits of production. No matter what category any person is, it's about identity. Who do you identify with? Or better yet, what do you identify with? Every one of us can be put into any number of socio-economic categories. But that isn't the question. Is your job your identity? Is it your economic niche?
Think about it! Anthorax, the late Senator Paul Wellstone, and other good Americans to get control of our Government and start dismantling the United States Contitution, and taking away our Civil Liberties.
Here is an interesting story about the GOP smear piece sent to Jackson County residents
I would like to thank all of my Liberal supporters for not making any demands on me in my run for pResident.

Are you ready for a civil war, if te repuglicans steal this election like thery did in 2000? From what I am reading from the net, they (the repuglican nazi party) are at it again!
This is only hearsay, but word is that Woody Harrelson will be on PSU campus today to show his film "go further" about sustainable transportation, and there will be 4 kegs of beer. That's what I heard, I don't know.

An anarchist analysis by a faction of the infamous CrimethInc collective of the events of the RNC 2004, focusing on the organizing and direct action aspects of the protests and what it means for the future of direct action in the United States.
The fact that you have to try and convince people who are or are leaning towards voting for Nader to vote for Kerry shows how terrible Kerry is. If he actually talked about real issues and hammered Bush where he is weak, he would win by an easy margin. Kerry is barely ahead if at all, because he will not really say anything substantive that will displease his corporate sponsors, and the progressive left made no demand of him in exchange for their vote.
Vote for who you want and stop trying to tell the rest of us who to vote for.
First of all let me validate you. We are all trying to make the world a better place for our families and community. Let us not fall into the Bushspeak world of 'with us or against us' mentality.

NEW YORK The front page of Monday's Wall Street Journal carried a
below-the-fold campaign report by Shailagh Murray and Greg Hitt. The
story contained this nugget before its jump: "Mr. Bush believes the
key to victory lies in his party's conservative core. He gave a rare
interview over the weekend to Fox News, a network sympathetic to Mr.
Bush and popular with Republicans."
The Ameri campaign has violated campaign finance law by sending out a mailing that does not say that they paid for or gives any affiliation whatsoever.
When voters have contacted her campaign office about this, earlier today the campaign was denying that the letter even existed, and now has changed it's tune. Now, it's saying that the letter does exist and that they paid for it. It's a nasty letter and the fact that they're lying to voters is incredibly awful.
This is my endorsement for Chris Runyard. I hope you'll support him as well.
To ease the strain on the postal workers carrying bags of ballots and counters, Republicans are asked to please not mail their ballots until after November 2, 2004.

To fish or not to fish, that is the question in this soon-to-end Rovian era. Just know this: If it looks easy to catch, then there is a catch. For more details about how to spot a keeper from a cropper, read on.
There is a serious problem with Independent Media Centers (IMCs) in the open comment areas. IMCs end up publishing as much content *against* freedom, racism, sexism, classism, etc., as they do *for* those things via the open comment areas. "Trolls," or people who stalk indy media sources and writers, work hard at publishing as much hate mail in comment areas on IMCs as the individual IMC editorial groups will allow or overlook. They do not deserve to be published, plain and simple. It is time the plug was pulled on the trolls.
I just got a flyer in the mail from the Defense of Marriage Coalition. It is full of outrageous lies, a grammar error (I guess the teachers didn't actually write it) and a prophetic misspelling (See quote by Clark Brody)
Measure 36 would do none of the things alleged in this propaganda. It would only enshrine discrimination in the Oregon Constitution.
Gordon Smith's quote about "natural rearing and nurturing of children... under the most ideal circumstances" makes me wonder is he next going to ban fertility treatments and divorce?
Before you vote for Kerry, read this part of a great interview with Jeffrey St Clair.
for the rest of the interview
In today's broadcast of "Free Speech Radio", I heard commentary quoting the newspaper "Indian Country Today" in a way that appeared to make it sound as if this assimilationist newspaper is an authoritative, unbiased source in Indian country. Critical thinkers would do well to investigate the actual truth that this newspaper, led by editor Tim Giago, may as well have an open alliance with federal mandates to suppress, quell and silence traditional voices. Autonomous (non-ideological) Natives/Indians expose the games of assimilationist-seeking "Indian Country Today" (note: even Leftism is assimilationist when you want liberation from an *entire* value system!)

The war might be shortened with a "changing of the guard" on election day.
Voting is indeed a tactic. As revolutionaries though we must have strategy towards those ends, our tactics being tools towards that strategy. There are different strategies, different tactics. Respect that.
Get the word out!
Bush is a Coward. Pass it on.
I just got polled on the phone. Questions like how much you think Bush and Kerry are "tough enough to fight terrorism". They asked if I'd vote for Bush, Kerry, Badnarik, Cobb or undecided. I said I'd write in Nader. They insisted I choose one of the above or be excluded from the poll. They then promised I'd get to choose Nader in a later question if I chose undecided, but that question never came.

Measure 34 will create a roadmap for a plan that incorporates credible scientific information to protect half of the 518,000 acres of public forestland in the Tillamook and Clatsop State Forest. Measure 34 seeks to balance sustainable logging with permanent protection for fish and wildlife populations, to protect clean water that one in ten Oregonians drink, and enhance all recreational opportunities on state forest land on Oregon's North Coast.
