If ReckLess Regard, Haste, Blind Eyes Callously Accept Illegal
Votes, Then Senators have Sanctioned Rank Criminality and Doom the
Western Jurisprudence Tradition to a Dark and Dreadful VOID.
In Bush V Gore 2000 Justice Breyer's reading of the law gives a convincing argument for Senators, Duty Bound by their Oath of office, to Object to Illegal Votes. Public servants must be committed to defend and protect All citizen's rights, well-being and promises to live withIn and Uphold Constitutional Law. We expect and deserve Open and Fair Due-process respecting equal justice under the law, absolutely crucial with wide disparities of wealth in this country too willing to dominate with undue influence. Justice Breyer, "The legislative history of the Act makes clear its intent to commit
the power to resolve such disputes to Congress, rather than the
courts: "The two Houses are, by the Constitution, authorized to
make the count of electoral votes.
They can only count legal votes, and in doing so must determine,
from the best evidence to be had, what are legal votes .... The
power to determine rests with the two Houses, and there is no other
constitutional tribunal." Doesn't this read, there is no requirement of evidence, of which there is an awesome abundance, but only the requirement of a compelling argument?

I recently lost my job a major call center here in Portland, for being anti-Bush (or at least for being political).
In the wake of the 2004 elections one of the most positive aspects has been the alliance between the Green Party and Libertarian Party candidates in pursuing the issue of vote fraud. In the past several elections I have noticed that many "third" parties share a lot more in common with each other than they do with either than with the 2 dominant corporate parties. I have asked myself: could there be a movement toward a coalition of people disaffected and disgusted by the direction of the US? And if so, what policies could be agreed upon that could form a platform for such a coalition? I see insights being offered by many people, of many different political beliefs that could be integrated into something workable. I turn first, to some thoughts of what has been lost from the revolution that brought the United States into being and present it as a critique of what is missing from contemporary libertarian rhetoric.
On a recent trip to an airport, an American citizen reported suspicious behavior to security.
insurgents, imposing their strategies for establishing governance in iraq upon the iraqui general public, have assinated the interim governor.
Evidence is mounting that the level of fraud involved in the 2004 election may exceed anything previously perpetrated on the people of the United States.

Without re-instituting a universal military draft, Karl Rove has figured out a way to add millions of warm bodies to the army, in order to continue moving across the world establishing democracies and capital markets. It's a very "modest proposal."
Homo sapiens can be trained to do many tricks and learn many different skills. However, because we developed a complex "Word" language (attaching named sounds and actions to named concepts), we can also become tricked by those Alphas (male and female) who use our "Word" language as a weapon.
I recently exchanged email with a libertarian columnist on the Lew Rockwell web site. It was very useful in helping me clarify my complaint with libertarianism.
Without consideration of the natural world, libertarianism is fatally flawed.

The game, the much talked about and never defined 'game', is that same thing that we are taught to beleive as destiny in our childhood. The game, is living this life by a predesigned script, fitting everything onto college bound paper and making sure that every punctuation is correct. The goal of the game is perfection and that is what people are taught to strive for.
I would like to open the idea that the game is inherently wrong and perhaps we need to stop trying to win the game, perhaps we need to actively attempt to lose the game and denounce the rules of this game as completely and utterly 'off-base' and start over. Not even with a new game, or set of rules, just start over.

As a journalist who writes about AIDS, I am endlessly amazed by the difference between the public and the private face of HIV; between what the public is told and what's explained in the medical literature.
House Republicans are at work trying to rid public oversight and accountability from our system of government.
a couple of fond reflections
After the 2000 presidenial election farce, black representatives in Congress sought vainly to find just one Democratic senator to join them in a call to challenge the Florida electoral vote. None would. This time, those representatives may find more support when they call for a challenge to Ohio's electoral college delegation.
On the nature of the state, church and internet as organizational tools for disaster relief efforts.
On Thursday, January 6, the votes of the electoral College go to Congress, there to be accepted or challenged. Representative Conyers has stated he will challenge, along with as yet unspecified other members of Congress.

12/30/04 That the Revisionist-Zionist extremist Daniel Pipes has fond visions of rounding up Muslim Americans and putting them in concentration camps isn't a big surprise. That a mainstream American newspaper would publish this David-Dukeian evil is. Of course, this is also a man that President Bush appointed to a temporary vacancy at the United States Institute of Peace, after the Senate understandably balked at a regular appointment for him.

you are the major impediments to progress from the "left"
After 20 years of hysteria, alarmism, misplaced recrimination and guilt, AIDS fatigue has beaten the newspaper-reading mind into a kind of blank. Citizens can't be faulted for not knowing how exactly to respond to last week's eruption of scandal from an NIH whistle-blower named Jonathan Fishbein, an AIDS researcher charged with overseeing clinical trials here and abroad. A reverberating language of bureaucracy and euphemism surrounds AIDS stories, making it impossible to know what has actually transpired.
I've been ill with a nagging flu-like cold for 2+ months, and antibodics are

Statistically one would think that the errors in electronic voting would have occurred equally to the benefit of each candidate. If there were a problem with an electronic voting machine than Kerry and Bush would at some point receive more or less votes than actually recorded. But this did not happen! Every single electronic voting error gave Bush more votes! Statistically this is impossible without some sort of tampering! This is the case. This is the conspiracy in plain sight.

the major news networks have had SIX WEEKS to work with the raw exit poll data acquired on Nov 2nd, but when Congressman Conyers requested them to release the raw data for the purposes of his inquiry into the election irregularities, NOT A SINGLE NETWORK was willing to do so!
letter from hell
American media has pulled out all the stops in its heartbreaking coverage of the Tsunami catastrophe that thus far has claimed 80,000 lives. Every major news organization and even the president himself have declared the death toll "almost incomprehensible".
I did a little fuzzy new math in my head- the 15 million pledged by the US is a whole five cents for each one of us in this country- Stingy sounds like a good word to me...
Then I got thinking... What the hell good is money in a time like this anyhow? what is really needed and what is the US doing about it?
well, what now
as many search for loved one's along the Indian Ocean or help ease suffering to those who survived this event. mr bush spent his tuesday cutting wood and biking. remember during september 11th how he cowarded while more people suffered. remember how he sent people to their deaths in a war based on lies or all the innocent causalties as a result of his lies. It seems very convenient that the epicenter of the earthquake was in war torn Aceh. Could a bomb or series of bombs on the faultline have caused this huge earthquake/tsunami?
